WALK-IN URGENT CARE

Call Ahead

What are your concerns?

You’ll be asked a few questions to help us better guide you. We will also let you know if we are still available to see your pet that day.

The Process

Triage

Initial Assessment

After check-in, your pet will be triaged by a technician to assess the severity of their condition & urgency. This ensures we are able to treat our most critical patients first.

Exam

Veterinarian Consult

A veterinarian will examine your pet then discuss all diagnostic and treatment options/cost in regards to the condition of your pet.

FAQs

What is the wait time?

This all depends on the day. This is why we highly encourage you to call beforehand. At a certain point, we will need to stop taking more patients for the day.

How much will it cost?

All patients, conditions, and situations are different. We understand this is always a concern. All costs will be clearly discussed before any diagnostics, treatments or procedures are performed.

Are you open 24/7?

No, any patients that need to be hospitalized will need to be transferred to an emergency hospital that is staffed overnight. We will make sure the transfer is done properly.

Do you treat birds/pocket/exotic pets?

Unfortunately we do not. However, if a pet is suffering, we are able to offer euthanasia and end-of-life care.
